Curamora was born from our love for Art and Nature.

In our journey, Nature has always been an essential source of inspiration, and today we also recognise that Nature is a source of deep healing and self-discovery. Through the quiet process of listening to our hearts and trusting our creative power, we can use art to transform our lives.

This journey has shown us the healing powers of creativity for the freedom of the mind and soul. Through drawing, writing, painting, and other mediums, we are able to explore divinity through material and exert our creative potential in this world.

Curamora was created out of a wish to share our experience and learnings with the world. The goal is to support others to discover their true self, transform their lives, while nourishing the spirit with light and joy.

About Us

Curamora was founded by Thais Costa with the support and guidance of her mother, Vera Palumbo. Art has always brought them together and their love of mother and daughter guided them to this exciting moment of collaboration.

Thais Costa

Visual artist and designer

Thais had the opportunity to work in cross-cultural projects with people and communities across the world. She has ample experience in facilitating creative workshops, designing learning experiences and guiding learners. As a visual artist, her work is developed through the artistic techniques of drawing, collage, oil painting, acrylic painting and watercolour painting. She is inspired by Nature and explores art and nature as a form of healing through art.

Vera Palumbo

Visual artist and professor in visual arts

Vera had the opportunity to work in several educational institutes as a professor in visual arts, providing guidance to adults, teenagers and young children in developing their creative and artistic expression. As a visual artist, her work is developed through a diverse set of artistic techniques, such as ceramics, engravings, mosaic, oil painting and acrylic painting. Her work is deeply inspired by Nature and Vera explores a wide range of natural materials in her work.
