About the event
In this creative ritual we begin with a breathwork exercise and calm meditation that allows space for reconnecting with our inner essence. While breathing and meditating you are invited to take a piece of clay and jointly reconnect with the power of Mother Earth through this earthly material. The exercise welcomes freedom of form and expression, anything that results from this process is unique and beautiful. Creating a physical clay object allows a profound reflection and materialisation of what lives within you, and what aspect of it you bring to light.
